Terms of Service

By requesting or receiving services from Toronto Premier Locksmith, you agree to these terms. We provide mobile locksmith and related door services across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. There is no storefront; all work is performed at your location.

We operate monday to sunday, 7:00 am to 10:30 pm. We do not provide routine overnight service outside these hours unless agreed in writing for a specific job. For emergencies outside our hours, you may need another provider.

We provide upfront price ranges by phone when possible. The technician confirms the final price on site before work begins. You approve the price before we start. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional hardware, multiple cylinders, or complex automotive programming may change the final amount from the initial range; we explain any change before proceeding.

You represent that you have authority to request access or lock work at the property or vehicle (owner, tenant with permission, or authorized property manager). We may refuse service without proper authorization, especially for commercial units.

We perform work with reasonable care. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to locks, doors, or vehicles unrelated to our service, or for issues caused by incompatible hardware you supply without our recommendation.

To the extent permitted by Ontario law, our liability for any claim arising from a single job is limited to the amount you paid for that job unless a higher limit is required by law.

If you cancel after we dispatch a technician, a trip or dispatch fee may apply if we disclosed it when confirming your appointment. No charge applies if you cancel before dispatch.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes will be handled in Ontario courts where permitted.
